Down 5lbs in 2 Days

I (Ashley) have recently started the 20 / 30 Fast Track program and so far everything has been really great! The first two days of course were really fun until the end of the 2nd day – at that point I was ready to never eat again! No not really, but it definitely set the stage for the program and helped me get into the right mind set.

Today marks day 3 of the program and I’m currently down 5 pounds!! 5 pounds in only 2 days gets no complaints from me! The program is strict, but quite frankly that is exactly what I need. When you provide too many options, I start feeling overwhelmed and less in control. My energy levels are great and I’m seeing results!
