With state of the art treadmills, elliptical trainers, recumbent bikes, and the revolutionary AMT machine, you will have no problem finding a way to burn calories. One great thing about the cardio room is that you can enjoy your workout while you also joy your favorite television program! There are TVs mounted at different locations on the walls, and many of the machines come with their own mounted TV!

In this area, you will also find a series of weight machines, which you can use to get a full-body resistance workout. You could have 24 hour access to this and more, as well as the locker rooms and showers adjacent, so that you could work out whenever you like, regardless of the hour of day, day of the week, or time of year.
