This says August schedule – is this up to date? You also don’t have any prices on your site.
@ Jo Ann – In general, the schedule shown online should be accurate and up to date. The date shown with the post shows the time of last revisions made, as we occasionally change our class schedule to keep up with supply in demand.
We do not post our prices online because we offer so many amenities that we prefer to sit down face-to-face and work out a package that works best for you.
If you would like to meet with one of our qualified member coordinators who can help find the best offer for you, feel free to call and book a tour of our facility at 501-778-2571.
Thanks!
How much would it cost to come swim for an hour without a membership?
@John
Anyone is welcome to come by and pay a guest fee for the day. Give us a call at 501-778-2571 for current price on a one-day pass.
I am loving the yoga workshop!! Are you going to start having a real yoga class?
Will Karen be teaching her 5:15 classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday this summer?
@ Jennifer:
Karen is currently still teaching her 5:15 Mon/Wed/Fri class. If anything changes, we will post them here and inside the gym.
Thanks so much!!
The Yoga/Pilates class was great! are you going to have it again?
Any chances for more early morning classes or more choices in the evenings?
how long are the class time?
Classes range from 30min to an hour.

I’m curious about the beginner yoga class. I have chronic back pain and a bulging disc in my lower back. I’m confident that strengthening my back will help with the pain. Would you recommend yoga? Do any guys go to this class?
There are several classes on the class schedule that are not in the class description.
And it would also be helpful to include the amount of the “pay per class”.
Angie, I am updating the class schedule today! If you have any other questions please let us know.
