Class Descriptions

BarreBurn- Low impact workout that can be done by all shapes, sizes and ages. A total body workout focusing on the areas that we women worry about the most including glutes, thighs, hips, abs, and arms all while strengthening and protecting your joints. Leave feeling better with extensive stretching done throughout.

BodyBlitz- Strength/toning circuits using upper and lower body movements at a steady pace to maximize calorie burn while hitting all major muscles groups. Using equipment such as weights, ball, bands, chairs, gliding discs all at instructors discretion. This class is always something different so you won’t get bored! Great all around workout.

BodySculpt – Use bar, hand weights, and the step for total body conditioning to sculpt your legs, buttocks, and arms without complicated choreography. The last 15 mins includes dynamic abdominal exercises and ends with stretching.

BodyTrim - Use basic bench work to get your heart pumping in the first half of the class then you can use weights or other equipment for toning your whole body.

Cardio/Pilates- Cardio exercises using body weight, step bench, kickboxing, etc. Followed by toning, stretching, and balance exercises for a low impact full body workout.

Cardio/Sculpt- Boost your metabolism and build lean muscle with this awesome class. Usually split in 2 halves with cardio being the first half then toning being the second.

Kickboxing- Come get a great cardiovascular and full body workout as you punch, block, and kick your way through your workout.

Pay Per Class -Spin, Barre Burn , Yoga Power, Yoga Teach Me yoga, and Zumba. Prices vary.

Silver Sneakers - For Seniors, using a chair, ball, exer-tube, and weight, improve your stamina, strength, balance, and coordination.

Spin- An exciting cardio workout that involves stationary bikes. Instructors take you on a ride with music driven intervals of cycling. Come challenge your mind and your body.

Zumba- Ditch the workout and join the Party! Dance to great music and burn calories without realizing it. A mixture between low intensity and high intensity and great for all ages!

*Aqua Trim – Uses the resistance of the water to strengthen and tone your muscles, and buoyancy to keep joint stress low. This is a high energy class for a calorie-burning and muscle-toning workout.

*Arthritis Aquatics – Series of specially designed exercises that, with aid of the water’s buoyancy & resistance, improve joint flexibility & relieve pain & stiffness. It is not necessary to know how to swim. Endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation.

*Silver Splash – Active seniors will benefit from this style of workout. The format includes a warm-up and cardio portion in the shallow end, followed by toning and ab work in the deep end (optional), then stretching and relaxing.

    • Emily, unfortunately we do not. If anything changes, I will let you know ASAP! We do offer a time where the kids can come swim in our indoor pool where it is heated! Those times are Friday evenings until 8:00and Saturday from 10:00 t0 2:00. I hope this helps, if you have any other questions please let us know.

    • Zaundra, right now we just have a cardio dance class at 9:00am on Mondays and Wednesdays. We are going to be offering something soon in the evening times probably on Tuesday and Thursday!   1. I get off work at 5 in little rock. What would be a good time for my fiance and I to come swim laps? All the water classes are at 6 which would be perfect. How long do those classes take?

    • Sarah, what exactly are you looking for? If you could give me a better idea of what you want I could point you in the right direction. You can call the front desk and ask for myself or if I am unavailable you can leave a message and I will get back you as soon as possible.

    • Jessica, right now we don’t have any weekend classes. If we did have a weekend class what would you be interested in?

    • Ashley, we do have childcare. I apologize for it not being on the website. I will get that taken care today. The childcare hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-12:00pm and Mon, Tues, and Thurs 4:00pm-8:00pm with Wednesday 4:00pm-7:00pm. I hope this helps.

  2. I am looking for lunch exercise classess… spin, barre, cardiosculpt, etc…. Have you guys ever done any of these or would you consider? Thx, Christy

    • Christy, We dont really have any lunch classes at the moment. But I can put in a word and see if some instructors would be insterested.

    • We do have classes that are a pay per class. Check with the front desk to get a copy of our class schedule and they can go over which classes those are. I would love to see you and go over what you’re interested in! Hope to see you soon.

  3. I am interested in attending the Barre class. What is the cost per class? Also, is there a class for beginner yoga? If so, what is the cost per class of that as well?

    • The barre class is $5.00 per class. We would love to see you in here trying it out! We do also have a yoga, the time is on class schedule. Call up at the front desk at 501-778-2571 and we will give you all the details.
